In how many days will I receive my order?

Once your order has been confirmed, it will reach you within 7 business days. If there are any unexpected delays in shipment, we will notify you by email. In case of international orders, you will receive your order within 15 business days . overseas clients will have to pay the shipping charges+taxes.

What happens if the product is out of stock?

If any product is unavailable, we will contact you via email. For payment we will mail you our bank details. once we receive your order. The email will also include the total amount including any shipping charges. If we do not receive payment for the same within 3 business days, your order will automatically be cancelled. Exchange/Returns?Once you receive an order, if you are unhappy with the product, you will have to notify us within 2 days for refund/exchange.After 2 days, the product will not be accepted. Once you notify us for exchange/refund, you can courier the item back to us and we will then send out the items to replace the earlier ones/then refund the amount. Please note that courier charges both ways will be borne by the buyer.
